The Synagogue Assessment Tool™ gathers meaningful feedback from congregants, clergy, staff, and lay leaders to provide a comprehensive picture of congregational life. More than a satisfaction survey, it explores the factors that drive long-term vitality and engagement.
Developed in collaboration with Holy Cow! Consulting, whose tools have been used by more than 4,000 churches — thoughtfully adapted for Jewish communities.
2. Snapshot
Congregational Analysis & Reporting
Following survey completion, the results are analyzed and presented in a comprehensive Congregational Snapshot Report that highlights patterns, strengths, challenges, and emerging opportunities through clear graphics and written analysis.
ShulAdvisors uses this report as the foundation for leadership conversations, interpretation, and strategic planning.
3. Workshop
Facilitated Leadership Conversation
Every engagement includes one facilitated Leadership Workshop where key leaders interpret findings, explore major themes, and discuss priorities together. Built around your congregation's unique results, the session creates shared understanding and surfaces the questions that matter most.
